A clear plan for your paid media.
Paid media strategy connects a business objective to an audience, channels, creative, landing pages and a measurement plan. Sunday North helps shape that direction; advertising spend and campaign-management responsibilities are agreed separately.
Let’s find your next step ↗Start with the business objective
Define what the campaign needs to support: awareness, enquiries or a particular offer. The strategy should connect that objective to the audience, message and next step on your website.
Choose where the budget belongs
We help shape channel priorities, audience direction and a budget framework around your goals. The media plan considers where your audience spends time and what each channel needs from the creative and landing page.
Connect the ad to the experience
An ad sets an expectation. The landing page and follow-up need to carry it through. We bring the campaign message, creative brief and website journey into the same plan.
Plan how to learn
Agree what to measure, which ideas to test and when to review the evidence. Advertising spend is separate from strategy fees. Campaign setup, buying and ongoing management are scoped explicitly; results depend on the offer, audience, budget and execution.
What should your paid media brief contain?
Before approving spend, record the offer, audience, campaign objective, landing page, creative requirements and conversion you want to measure. Agree which decisions Sunday North will support and who will handle account access, campaign setup, buying and reporting. A strategy engagement does not automatically include media buying.
A practical channel decision
For example, a realtor promoting a specific listing and a startup introducing an unfamiliar service have different jobs to do. Compare audience intent, available creative and the readiness of the landing page before choosing channels. This is a planning example, not a report of a client campaign or its results.
What to bring to the first conversation
Bring the offer, current landing page, any existing ad-account reports and a budget range. Separate advertising spend from strategy, production and management fees. If reliable conversion tracking is missing, make that a prerequisite to evaluating campaign performance.
Define a scope you can use
Bring your goal, current materials, constraints and the decision you need help making. The agreed scope should name outputs, responsibilities, review rounds, ownership and any additional costs.
A few useful answers

Does paid media strategy include advertising spend?
Advertising spend is separate from strategy fees. Campaign setup, buying, creative production and ongoing management are included only when explicitly agreed in the scope.
Can you guarantee a number of leads?
No. Results depend on the offer, audience, budget, execution and follow-up. Agree the objective, tracking and review process before committing spend.
