Sunday North’s work for The Thiessen Team combines a brand refresh and direction materials with newsletters, neighbourhood farming, social creative, video strategy, CRM oversight and event support. Brand guidance and recurring delivery are part of the same relationship.
The engagement brings together a refreshed identity and more coordinated marketing support. The work spans the way the team presents itself and the practical communications needed to maintain that presence.
The brand direction
Keep the personality grounded and recognisable.
The direction reflects Trevor’s personality and reliability. Brand guidelines provide a shared reference for the marketing, keeping the presentation connected to the person clients work with.

Brand refresh
Set a shared direction.
Rebrand and brand-direction materials, including guidelines, established a reference for the identity’s use. The work provides a basis for the recurring communications that follow.
Newsletter production, neighbourhood farming and event support carry the brand into recurring communications. These formats connect property information with the wider life of the business and its community.
Caption and photo editing, video strategy and Follow Up Boss oversight form part of the support. Follow Up Boss is the team’s real estate CRM, used to organise contacts and follow-up. Social publishing is supported by the wider team under Megan’s direction.
Neighbourhood content, practical tools and the team’s podcast sit alongside listings. Personal photography and warm residential imagery bring a human dimension to the experience. Together, these elements show a real estate business speaking to life decisions as well as property decisions.
